We will contact you in good time to allow you to review your contract and make any necessary alterations. Our maintenance contracts come with a free annual health check. Just contact us and arrange a suitable date and time for our engineer to pop over and check that your system is still in good working order.
If we need to visit we will always arrange a time to suit you. However, we can also fix some systems remotely, dependent on make, etc., thus reducing the impact that a faulty system could have on your business. All of our repair work is fully costed and agreed by you before we begin work so the price we quote is the price you pay.
