We have used Gateway of Technology as our phone service provider for numerous years, John is always on the end of the phone if we have a problem, and has been know to come out straight away over the years. When faults have been diagnosed the Gateway team are swift to get the problems sorted out, and liaise between us and any open reach engineers. We know the people we will be speaking to at Gateway and it is important to us that we have this professional working relationship.
Gateway of Technology provided us with a VoIP system across all three of our office locations. The service has been outstanding, everything from installation through to customer support. The team have always been responsive and knowledgeable. We went with this system with the aim of lowering cost. Since the introduction of the system over the past year our call costs have significantly reduced achieving savings of over £2500 per annum.
I approached Gateway of Technology having obtained a quote from BT for installation of communication services for my business having moved offices. Not only were they cheaper than Open-reach/BT but were able to install and complete my installation within half the time period they were quoting. The after sales service has been fantastic, both Paul and Alison have always been on hand and eager to help whenever I have had a question or query. I have since requested additional services from Gateway to tag onto my existing package to help promote the business. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and business associate - thoroughly professional from start to finish.
Gateway of Technology has recently put in a new telephone system at our South Chesterfield site. Our main priority was to ensure we has no loss of service, and that customers would be able to contact us to book in times. John and the team made sure the whole process went through smoothly. He linked our various sites together, and we now have a system that will be able to expand and grow with our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending John and the team at Gateway of Technology.
We have worked with John & his team at Gateway of Technology since 2010, they assisted us to set up all the IT equipment in our new place in 2014 & continue to support & monitor our phone systems, mobile phones & internet access, they have recently been instrumental in enabling us to get BT to agree to install fibre broadband to our door in a real rural area where we operate from, we get fantastic service & save money every month, what more could we ask for!
